The Account Application Form is applicable to collect business information for the purpose of obtaining or maintaining an account for Wholesaler, Vendor or Distributor, and to view and order wholesale products with a registered and approved account. Processing time for all applications is between 5- 10 business working days. Once you  are approved you will be emailed with the results and MAF representative will call to  you to over the final process with you.
